Yeah, the spy store is a dead giveaway isn't it? Luckily I'll be moving away (albeit not far) from this noisy little piece of Vancouver soon enough myself.

That's midtown Vancouver (near Granville/Broadway) last weekend. Now that the weekend has passed we're back in double digits (99.5).

It's been 104.7 up here in my town for weeks now. Peaked last summer when we were paying 115.6 a litre.
