You know what would make me happy? Debit machines where it doesn't matter which way your card is facing when you swipe it. C'mon, how much more expensive would that really be?

Kevin - Yes, there's no way I manage a 50% success rate either - mysterious.
Toom - I don't know, I think maybe the lazy clerks (who would prefer not having to tell people to do it the other way) might outnumber the smug ones. Tough call.
