Got a Spare $462,000?
Via the comments at the Vancouver Housing Blog, I think I'd be a motivated seller too, if I was trying to sell this.

Damn, and I just made an offer on this place...
One thing I've learned, though, during my housing search: when folks talk about the crazy real estate market in Vancouver, they're talking about houses. I'd been worried I wouldn't be able to find a decent affordable one-bedroom, but I did, without any trouble. Sure, my new property was a lot more expensive than an identical one would have been in Edmonton and Winnipeg, but 1) it doesn't look like it should be condemned, and 2) I expect to be paying it off for only half of the rest of my natural life.

I think the high prices for those little dumps really shows just how much of the price is tied up in the land.
It will be interesting to see what holds its value and what doesn't if the market settles down at some point (or maybe things will just keep going up, what do I know).
